He was speaking at Mudradi Nama tuluver kalasangatane on its 20th birth celebration.
Nama tuluver celebrated this occasion by arranging 24 drama shows in 20 days in the tiny city like mudradi.
Dr. Alva the president of Alvas Educational Foudation describe this as the second Heggodu in Karnataka .
